Our family is ready to care for and assist your family during the COVID-19 Pandemic.

Here is what True Heart Hospice and Palliative Care is doing to ensure staff, patient and community safety:

 Conduct daily health screenings for staff in the field, including body temperature readings

Continued patient health screenings to assure correct personal protective equipment is used prior to each visit

Use of masks and gloves by all clinical and non-clinical staff for all visits

Utilization of telehealth visits and phone calls, where appropriate, to minimize on-site contact while continuing high quality patient care

Ongoing and frequent education for patients, caregivers and staff on how to prevent the spread of COVID-19 and Texas regulatory updates

Ensuring all clinical staff have the education and materials for proper disinfection of all equipment
